The man from Peterborough was arrested for repeated contraceptive violation after a "pedophile hunter" posed as a 13-year-old girl
A man from Peterborough who has repeatedly violated an order to prevent sexual violence has been detained for six months
Alan Stokes, 36, from Peterborough, was issued in March 2015, the indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) at Peterborough Crown Court.
Yesterday (Thursday, February 8) Stokes was convicted on Lincoln Crown Court after pleading guilty to sexual intercourse with a child (19659006) The court heard, as a member of the public year old girl, Jess, on a social network called Nearby and WhatsApp, contacted the police.  Although Stokes believed that Jess was only 13, he continued to communicate with her, and the style of conversation was consistently sexual.
The police confiscated Stokes phone and the news was found.
Detective Constable Neal Holdsworth said, "Stoke For many years, he has been overseen by our Public Security Department, repeatedly violating the terms of his SHPO, and being charged, and will work with the probation service if released Preventing crime. "
Stokes was imprisoned for six months because each count was carried out simultaneously. He was also arrested for 27 months for conspiracy to be falsely imprisoned as part of a Lincolnshire Police investigation. The sentences will run one after the other.
