Police seize car stopped on A140 near Norwich | Crime

A motorist who has been driving with out insurance coverage since final 12 months has had his car seized.
The driver, a person in his 50s, was stopped by a motorcyclist from Norfolk’s Road Casualty Reduction Team (RCRT) on the A140 at about 7.15pm on Sunday (January 14).
Following the cease the workforce tweeted: “#RCRT stop on #A140 tonight. Driver had no insurance since last year. #Sec165 #TOR #845.”
PC Mark Carter, from the workforce, mentioned: “The driver was stopped whereas transporting his daughter again to Norwich.
“The driver was reported for the offence of no insurance, with the vehicle being seized.”
PC Carter mentioned the driving force brazenly admitted he had stopped paying his month-to-month insurance coverage funds.
Earlier within the day officers from Norfolk and Suffolk’s Roads Policing Team seized an uninsured car in Neatishead whereas on patrol.
