Hundreds expected to enjoy Peterborough Biscuit

The organizers of the Peterborough Biscuit Business Expo say this year's event will be the largest of its kind outside of London.

The event will be held in the East of England Arena- and Event Center, in Peterborough, on February 7th.

A spokesperson said: "With 213 stalls sold, we are already the biggest business event outside of London that we should all hear about

" We have 51 booths before we are fully booked. We have six stalls where people can sell their goods a day and 45 general stalls. "

The Biscuit Expo will have more than 300 local businesses on board with BBC Apprentice winner Joseph Valente to open the event at 9 pm and finish at 5 pm.

There will be a series of informative seminars by local economists plus entertainment during the day.

Health and safety management company Sphere RHSM, of Peterborough, is organizing the event.

Sphere RHSM's executive director, Stephen Smith, said: "The Peterborough Biscuit has proved incredibly popular and The last event was attended by over 120 local companies.

"We made the Peterborough Biscuit an annual appointment on the local business calendar last year, and in light of the hugely successful event, it is now a reality.

" The Peterborough Biscuit 2018 will build on past successes and new business deals in Peterborough and throughout Cambridgeshire to meet and work together. "
